Transaction Privileges
- dependant on the status of the user, transaction privileges are assigned
- transaction privileges allow the administrator to allow or disallow a users access to primary machine functions
User Groups
- assign each user to a user group and apply transaction privileges and rationing and restrictions at individual user level or user group level
- one individual can belong to a group and have restrictions applied at group level and also have certain restrictions applied at individual level to get the best of both worlds
